HOW TO RETURN

OUR RETURNS POLICY

YOU HAVE 14 DAYS TO RETURN.
MERCHANDISE MUST BE UNUSED, HAVE ALL LABELS ATTACHED AND BE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION (INCLUDING PACKAGING AND LABELLING) VACUM PACKED MATTRESSES CANNOT BE RETURNED ONCE UNROLLED.IF YOU USE THE GOODS OR REMOVE OR TAMPER WITH ANY OF THE TAGS OR LABELLING OF THE GOODS YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT TO RETURN THE GOODS UNDER OUR RETURNS POLICY.

STATUTORY RIGHT TO CANCEL.

IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE, IF YOU ARE A CONSUMER (I.E. YOU ARE NOT A BUSINESS) YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT WITH US AND RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE DAY YOU RECIEVE YOUR ORDER TO NOTIFY US THAT YOU WISH TO CANCEL, AND YOU MUST DO SO IN WRITING TO US AT BOOHAPPYNIGHTMARES@GMAIL.COM.
THE CANCELLATION PERIOD SHALL END 14 DAYS AFTER THE DAY YOU RECIEVE YOUR ORDER.YOU MUST THEN RETURN YOUR ORDER IN FULL AND WITHOUT DELAY EITHER BY COURIER (AT YOUR OWN COST) OR TO STORE (AT NO COST). ALL GOODS CONTAINED IN YOUR ORDER MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION (TOGETHER WITH ALL PACKAGING AND LABELLING) WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A REFUND IF THE GOODS DO NOT MEET THIS STANDARD.
IF YOUR CONTRACT IS CANCELLED IN FULL , WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A FULL REFUND FOR THE ITEM(S) WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. THIS RIGHT DOES NOT APPLY TO ITEMS THAT ARE SEALED FOR PERSONAL HYGIENE REASONS WHER THEY HAVE BEEN UNSEALED.

RETURN TO STORE.

THIS IS THE QUICKEST WAY TO MAKE A RETURN (AND ITS FREE) .PLEASE BRING YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE AS PROOF OF PURCHASE. REMEMBER IF YOU WANT A REFUND MAKE SURE YOU PRESENT YOUR ORIGINAL CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD THAT YOU USED TO MAKE YOUR PURCHASE. IF YOU HAVE PAID BY PAYPAL OR OTHER METHOD, YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH PAYPAL OR OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

RETURN BY THIRD PARTY.

WE AIM TO PROCESS YOUR REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING RETURNED ITEMS BUT IT MAY TAKE LONGER TO APPEAR ON YOUR BANK STATEMENT OR PAYMENT METHOD STATEMENT. WE WILL REFUND THE COST OF YOUR ITEM(S) BUT NOT YOUR COSTS OR DELIVERY CHARGES UNLESS THE ITEM WAS FOUND TO BE FAULTY. WE WILL SEND YOU A EMAIL TO CONFIRM YOUR REFUND. IF YOU HAVE PAID BY PAYPAL OR OTHER METHOD YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH PAYPAL OR OTHER S TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
