Terms And Conditions

Warranty;

All goods are covered by a 12 month warranty this covers manufacturing and material defects and are sold as fit for use. wear and tear, misuse and abuse are excluded.

Care of Goods;

When buying a mattress, sofa or any other furniture you are buying an investment like any investment it will need looking after, so please follow all manufacturing instructions and recommendations, turn your mattress regularly and only use recommended cleaning agents as failure to do so may invalidate your warranty.

Dimensions;

All sizes given are approximate and you should satisfy yourself that the goods will fit into the delivery address. The normal bed and mattress sizes (i.e. 3’0″ single, 4’6″ double, and 5’0″ king) refer to the sleeping surface only and you should check the overall dimensions given for each product.

Furniture Fitting;

We will be happy fit and assemble your new purchase either by our own staff or independent fitters by prior arrangement.We have set prices which must be paid for in full prior to delivery. We will not be held responsible for uneven flooring, walls, carpet etc, which means that the item does no sit straight, or in the case of a wardrobe means that it may not be as stable as required or doors do not align perfectly.

Deliveries;

It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods can be delivered to the room of your choice, THEREFORE we will only deliver beyond the entrance of the premises at your risk. We do not accept any
responsibility for any damaged caused this should be covered by your own insurance policy.

WE WILL NOT DELIVER ANY GOODS IF ACCESS IS DENIED OR IS NOT SAFELY POSSIBLE. We will not remain at the delivery site for more than 30 minutes. You will be liable for insurance and storage charges from the date of abortive delivery currently £50 per day per order. We will redeliver to your address or an alternative address of your choice. You will also incur a redelivery charge.

DAMAGED GOODS

Please check your goods on arrival. Your goods will be checked before leaving our warehouse in the unlikely event your goods are defective or damaged on arrival, please inform your delivery driver and customer services. We will endeavour to replace the faulty item or component from stock where possible or as soon as we have received it from the manufacturers.

Refunds;

We offer no refunds for specially ordered items. Any products that have been assembled cannot be returned or refunded. Used items cannot be returned. Unrolled vacuum packed mattresses cannot be returned or refunded. All other refunds are subject to a 50% restocking fee and the remainder will be given as a store credit.

Payments and Deposits;

Paying online is a safe and secure method of payment your details are completely safe. We accept most main credit cards including Visa,MasterCard, Amex etc or bank transfer, cheqs are not accepted.

All deposits are refundable except for the following

  1. Payment on specially ordered items are not refundable.
  2. Opened vacum packed mattresses non refundable.
  3. Goods that are delivered which do not fit throughthe door.

All goods include VAT at the current rate.

We reserve the right to alter or modify the information on this website. Dimensions & colour shades are not always 100% accurate and are for guidance only.

We reserve the right to supply goods of similar quality if the item ordered is out of stock.

Privacy;

No record of personal details are kept unless you make a purchase and are used solely to facilitate your order and are kept strictly confidential on agreeing to purchasing from us you agree to be contacted by us for future promotions and discounts.
